做餐饮的朋友说
“我们做了十几年餐饮,有一点我可以摸着良心说,我没有用起酥油,起酥油是可以反复用几个月的,那种科技与狠活炸出来的东西,全是不饱和脂肪酸,人吃完之后,身体要一两个月才能才能消化掉,会变胖变笨”
我不禁好奇问他市面上哪些品牌餐饮在用这种起酥油,他随便举了几个,都是这几年在疯狂扩张的汉堡等快餐品牌
还有路边摊,大家吃着特别香甜脆爽的手抓饼
因为其他油成本高,冷冻后口味不佳,像炸汉堡薯条鸡块都会用起酥油
真的太可怕了
