Deepseek is on fire with rave reviews. Can we connect Deepseek to Siri and directly wake up Deepseek for voice conversations?
I have implemented this plan once when ChatGPT came out. However, it cannot be universal because some ChatGPT restrictions require building overseas services by oneself.
In the era of Deepseek, I redesigned this plan. Siri directly connects to Deepseek, which is very popular!!! Ordinary users can also use it directly.
This shortcut command is called: deepseek, iPhone Out Of The Box.
Usage: Try it out first after installation. If the key has expired, just change it to your own key.
Activate the shortcut command, click on the shortcut command, have a text conversation directly, and enter: Who are you?
Directly shout "Hey Siri, Deepseek" to wake up, then shout "Who are you?"
When answering, if you shout "Goodbye, no more, no more", end the conversation.
Modify your own key
Strongly recommend changing the key to your own key. Because my key is used by many people, it will be slower, and it will also have a time limit and expire.
Now shortcut commands support both silicon-based flow and official deepseek keys. As shown in the figure:
If you want to start the silicon-based flow, fill in 1 with open and fill in its key key_gui
If you want to start the official deepseek, fill in 2 for open and fill in its key key_deep
How to get the key?
Scheme 1: Silicon-based flow key
Currently, silicon-based flow is faster than the official DeepSeek key.
Silicon-based flow platform: https://cloud.siliconflow.cn/i/SUlI8b1c
Just create your own key.
Option 2: Deepseek official key
DeepSeek Official Website - Open Platform: https://platform.deepseek.com/
Just create your own key. (The official key is now limited viewership of, you have to pay to use it, but you don't have to pay. 2024-02-09)
Principle sharing
In the shortcut command, through Siri voice, the dialog box obtains the user's input question.
Encapsulate a URL request with questions and keys, and finally display the corresponding content to achieve voice reading.
The idea of this shortcut command is simple, but it does take a lot of time to experience. It has been revised for three versions, supports looping dialogue, and supports two official keys, silicon-based flow and deepseek. It took about 6 hours in total. Friends who want to tinker with it can try it themselves.
Shortcuts for Out Of The Box can be found in shownotes.
